World record: 84 daily flights between Kuala Lumpur and Singapore

The airline line from Singapore to Kuala Lumpur has become the busiest international line in the world, with as many as 84 flights a day on that route, which is also a world record.

On an annual level, the number of those flights is 30.537, reports the BBC.

The previous line that held the record was between Hong Kong and Taipei.

The flight between Singapore and Kuala Lumpur takes about an hour, and in order to improve traffic, the construction of super-fast railways between the two cities is planned.
