Military police in Brazil used tear gas and rubber bullets in an attempt to break up a group of several thousand Indians, who retaliated by spearing them.
Indians in traditional costumes gathered in front of the Congress building, unhappy that President Michel Temer's government is shrinking protected areas and allowing ranchers and big companies to steal their land.
Police said they used tear gas and rubber bullets because protesters got too close to the fountain.
However, the Indians claim that this is not true, but that the police were just looking for an excuse to remove them.
