Every few years the communists pompously marked their revolutionary calendar - some round anniversary of something could be found every year...
In 1977, I remember, the jubilee of Tito's arrival at the head of the party was celebrated, the ceremony took place in Zagreb. Tito was old, but also cheerful, he probably drank a glass of red (of course, red) wine. Even in the TV broadcast, it was evident that the atmosphere was quite pleasant. After a few introductory paragraphs, the marshal put aside his prepared speech and let him improvise a bit. Nevertheless, until the end, carried away by applause or wine, he got so carried away - or returned to his revolutionary youth that he clicked - on the cameras of his state television - "Long live the spirit of Bolshevism".
He really remained a Bolshevik to the end - he even dealt with Bolshevism exclusively using Bolshevik methods. That is why Goli Otok was created.

Of course, this can be recognized in many ways in today's Montenegro, but one is particularly significant.

It seems a little funny, and probably bizarre, that in today's Montenegro, forty years after Tito's death, in addition to everything that really exists, someone sees Satanists. And it is not the age of the Inquisition. At least not those...
In Tito's time, the most dangerous political label was if you called someone a "Stalinist". Today, in Montenegro, it seems that the most frequent political label is "Satanist". This is modern Montenegro: in fifty years, the path from Stalinists to Satanists has been crossed...
