When on the thirtieth of August, in the Montenegrin assembly elections, I accepted that my name would be on the Ura-Civis list, Black on White, on behalf of this civil union, I did it consciously. I considered that my case of social activities (in all life stages) led me to the act of publicly putting my name and surname behind a social platform created and promoted by a group of citizens.

The principle of social reform through the development of meritocracy and the free will of the individual, with the painful initiation of social dialogue of all social and social groups in society, on all issues, is my modus operandi throughout my life. And that is definitely what Montenegrin society lacks the most. I consider it an ideological pattern according to which society could only possibly develop. Without the ideological matrix, which the platform offers, there will hardly be new social values. Outside the platform, values ​​such as democracy, civil society, or any kind of integration, are just platitudes that are being circulated in the media devoid of real value. In reality, then you have DPS Milo's manipulators who bring society to the brink of civil war, and other parties led by the Government, which does not know how to start a social dialogue.

The first example for my thesis: civil democracy is a form of political organization. It is inherently imperfect and subject to manipulation. Roughly speaking, in a democracy, three shepherds can outvote Plato and Socrates. Therefore, there is no democracy without a highly developed civic consciousness of the individual, and that is the only way it can function. Otherwise, (in the Montenegrin case) civil democracy without civil society becomes schizophrenic for the individual, who will be manipulated by the parties of the former government with a bizarre interpretation of the history of their own people. The President of Montenegro is selling Montenegrin history to the people as our past full of conflicts and foreign occupations. According to Milo's history, our ancestors never did anything other than fight and free each other. History is not a record of the conflicts of one nation, but the exact opposite. Montenegrin history is the national-cultural DNA of current citizens, by which we are recognized in the civilizational order of Europe. Neither a citizen nor a national, a semi-free individual unaware of his interests, because other interests are imposed on him that he does not understand. In such a society without civic consciousness (or it is in its infancy), democracy turns into an informal dictatorship of an interest group, and the criminogenic factors of the former government. The convulsive struggle of the interest groups of the former government led by Milo Đukanović to survive on divisions along ethnic and religious seams can only be answered and defeated through the five principles of the social platform, fundamental values ​​on which social dialogue should rest.

Example two: European and NATO integrations are promoted in Montenegrin society as a strategic goal of its development. And no path without an alternative is a good path. European social structures, which we flock to, were created as an expression of the needs of those Western societies in the process of their social evolution. In our case, it went one step further. We are skipping the stage of building our own social institutions (judiciary, prosecutor's office, health, education...) and want to copy the Brussels model immediately. Without our own ideological profiling of domestic institutions, we are heading towards social ruin. And it's not moral either. The project of imposing Western values ​​on every individual is publicly promoted. Education means accepting some values ​​and rules, by free will. We are brought up to accept the values ​​and rules of Euro-Atlantic democracies. I guess we have to have our own values ​​and rules that we will adopt. This way, in a short time and in an artificial way, we want to accept foreign values ​​and rules. Without the freely expressed will of the individual and with the abundantly expressed will for the powers of our benefactors.

From an ideological point of view, the free will of the individual is the starting point. What does that mean? It means to give an individual the possibility of accepting or not accepting something with all respect for the choice of individuals. On the other hand, the will to power is promoted as the right of the stronger, richer and someone who is closer to the centers of power. In the Montenegrin society, this government also encourages this kind of will to its subjects as socially desirable. It is quite normal in Montenegro for the more powerful and wealthy to be treated abroad, to be educated abroad, and for them to be subject to special laws. The right acquired through dubious wealth provides all these socio-economic privileges. Ideologically, this is interpreted as neoliberal capitalism. The individual is reduced to a figure who owns a giro account in the bank, and on whom his choices are imposed.

Individual free will is an unrecognized option in Montenegro. Due to this fact, someone has to promote and protect the free will of the individual. A free citizen versus a right-wing collectivity. Opposing collectivity or herd syndrome, which the largest political structures in the country strive for, is a safe zone without taking responsibility for the state of any social process. It is not our fault but the others, the other herd. It's not ours, we found it.

Opposite the collectivity is the free individual, whose free will should be protected by social institutions. It is my free will to be or not to be for NATO or the LGBT population, for example. Whether I am Montenegrin or Serb, Albanian or Croat, Catholic, Orthodox or Muslim or anything else, I have the right to that. I am not anyone's occupier or persecutor. Because I deeply believe in the first postulate of the platform, which reads: Even if I deeply disagree with something, I am ready to accept all those differences. My free will must be equal to the free will of others. My values ​​that I received through my upbringing and my moral code must be visible and respected. Ultimately, this means respecting the idea that everyone is worth and progressing only on the basis of their own success and that they climb the social ladder based on the results of their work. I manifest this ideology publicly.
