The slap received by French President Macron is undoubtedly a media attraction - it's not every day you see a president slapped... Although you might think you should?

At first, I must admit, I thought that some new global challenge had started - Slap your president. A touch of democracy, something like that...

There are several interesting details in that scene of the slapped politician. Let's say, it is likely that everything happened without premeditation, that the entire action is a matter of the so-called current inspirations. In other words, it can be seen that Macron performs with that sleazy street confidence of a politician - he is among the people and moves "to give to them", rushing towards them with outstretched arms. Which, admittedly, are behind the fence, the same as the one that adorns Podgorica's main boulevard for an obscenely long time.

Macron's choice is to stop exactly where he stopped, that is, to move towards the man who casually leaned on the aforementioned fence. This choice of Macron was made possible by the event itself. That's why I believe that the man walked in with perhaps only a vague idea to call out something or just "take a look", and not to slap.

But apparently the occasion was too challenging. They say opportunity makes a thief, and it seems opportunity makes a president's slapper.

Such a sight in a good part of the viewers, anywhere on the planet, activated the auto-projection. On the day Macron received one real slap, you can be sure that thousands, more likely millions of imaginary slaps were handed out across the planet. And that there is probably no president who has not received an (imaginary, let's note) slap. What is the power of example: who hasn't thought "Well, how would I stick it".

By the way, there is no Christian among the current presidents in Europe and the world. After such a slap, what president would offer another face? From that point, security and justice take over the matter, Christianity, as in many other occasions, suddenly disappears.

Also, I wouldn't question the seriousness (and intensity) of the slap itself. As we read, the man is a swordsman, which means that he has a very strong right hand. Macron is a typical representative of today's politicians, who act like plastic copies of former serious players. Like some political barbies, something like that... That kind of politician is obviously able to awaken in the citizen the need for a non-standard reaction.

As much as the act of slapping is aggression and nastiness, and even if we are principled pacifists, when a politician (in power) is a victim, we are all somewhat more ready to give up, we almost understand... It must say something about today's politicians. Can you imagine someone slapping Churchill or De Gaulle? Of course not. They could take a bullet, but not a slap. But it was a serious world.

We have not had such an attractive story with a public slap. In our country, such stories are too one-way in terms of genre: pure violence. I remember one ugly slap from the Belgrade airport.... Then, let's recall, the hanged businessman, a favorite of the authorities, slapped an opposition politician who happened to be at the airport with his wife. And as primitive and heinous as that attack was, a far more gruesome thing followed at the trial.

Then the hanged businessman, wanting to clarify (but also relativize!?) his act, said that he did not hit the politician "to hurt him, but to humiliate him, like hitting a woman or a child". I don't know how long he was sentenced for assault and slapping, but for this statement he deserved more than punishment, more than contempt...

Obviously, many saw the verdict against the villain Ratko Mladić as a slap in the face. That kind of collective masochism is not easy to understand.

I remember this criminal from the time when he performed miracles, when he burned and glowed. Today, when you look at the wreckage of a man who was obviously not too smart, but a beast, remember that time, the picture will be more complete.

After all, every just judgment makes this world a better place, if only for a fraction of a cent. And the one who perceives justice as a slap in the face has much bigger problems than he thinks.
