Public debating in anticipation of the outcome of the Government is more and more like TV soap operas that people watch, excited, even though everyone knows what will happen.
The minister is also an important character in that soap opera Little brother, for which it is difficult to determine whether her presence or her absence is more irritating. Namely, she did not appear in the Assembly on the occasion of the questioning about the Government's policy in education. Because, he tirelessly rushes to meet "previously assumed obligations". This formulation was once launched by political dps-cyborgs as a mantra that frees from all responsibility why you were not where you were supposed to be. And maybe it sounds cynical to someone, and to someone just bizarre, when you see that this formulation, which has long been a parody and the object of public ridicule, has so naturally become at home in the rhetoric of the new, so-called expert authorities.
The Day Against Hate Speech, an official project of the EU and the Council of Europe, was organized under the slogan "Block hate, share love in Montenegro". But, the catch is that love and hate are not opposite poles, love and hate are on one side, on the other is indifference... Both love and hate are strong emotional engagements, not antipodes, that's why we like to emphasize that sometimes they only differ - one step.
Nevertheless, even on such an occasion, it is completely unnecessary to relativize the guy - we have hate speech everywhere in the world, not only in Montenegro - because it means nothing to us. Should that make it easier for us? You almost absolve domestic contractors with such an attitude - because, for God's sake, it's like that everywhere in the world.
Teacher Krivokapic he sees the solution in clearly distinguishing what is true and what is false. Although for this question it is more important to clearly distinguish decency from primitivism. The question of truth and lies, in various layers of reality, is not so simple, it is rather more complex. It belongs more to philosophers than to prime ministers. And even philosophers cannot deal with such a question, on the contrary... It is not a question of quality control, but of quality being, and that is not the same.

His entire existence was a kind of performance. The game that never ends. He was a master performer.
Somewhere in the mid-eighties, DODEST was invited to an important alternative theater gathering in Smederevo, if I remember correctly, or some similar city. Participating theaters were asked to bring one alternative expert, a theoretician, who will participate in the planned alternative symposium. Johnny i Slobo must have called Ljuba Đ. or Veska R, but it will be that none could go with them. And in that reflection, he came across - Shomi. Johnny and Slobo just looked at each other - that's the right man for us. As they say - when there is an alternative, let there be an alternative... I heard this part of the story later. Imagine my delight when, in those days, a student in Belgrade, I opened Novosti, and there, halfway down the page, was a report from a meeting about a theatrical alternative. Professor Roganović from Podgorica left a special impression on the journalists. The second half of the page is a mini-interview with the "professor". Shomi excelled. Journalism normally lives on drinkable (and shallow) formulations. Šomi deftly made a perfect patchwork of common places, echoes of all those statements he had heard about Dodest for years. "We must first define what the main scene is, in order to talk about the alternative", "The alternative always comes from the periphery."
Not many people were aware of it, but Šomi's participation at that festival, his expertise, was certain - the best alternative show ever seen.
Without his walk and that gray head that speaks from the garden of a cafe or from the audience at a literary dinner, this city will certainly not be the same.
