Which speaks Serbian - or any other - language.
And what belongs to the Serbian - or any other - people...
The continuation of the patriarch's instruction on strengthening the Serbian identity is also not disputed:
- Here, better than elsewhere, we know what our faith is, who our ancestors are... Hence, we deeply feel that it is only right to continue on the same path, the path of Saint Simeon and Saint Sava.

Tuesday, October 17 - Those who did not understand what the census was for had the opportunity to see for themselves yesterday, the goal of the census is ethnic engineering - concluded the Acting President of DPS.

That ethnic engineering means the reduction of the number of Montenegrins is clear without any explanation.
And for all normal members of the Montenegrin people, offensive beyond measure.

But the patriarch called for two full days?
Yes, he invited the faithful of the Serbian Orthodox Church. Whose name says that the church of the Orthodox Serbs...

The same as all those Montenegrins who voted for DPS for three decades.

If DPS (about) Montenegrins thought anything good, he would not doubt their steadfastness.

And especially not, as the Serbian patriarch did, insulting the autochthonous people by suspecting that they are ethnically incomplete.

And what should Montenegrins who still trust DPS see?
That, if the European Union does not die before them, this is the last census that will allow personal declaration of nation and religion.

By boycotting the census, they will, in fact, boycott themselves...
Despite this, I agree with DPS on one thing: if there is a boycott, there should not be a fine.
For falling for another prank of that party, both the Montenegrins and all those who will follow them in the boycott, will be a sufficient punishment - a minus balance on the list...

An invitation was sent to Montenegro to conduct the population census "as soon as the political deadlock in the country ends"...

And they polarized again in 1991, reinforced by heavy weapons, and yet we successfully organized the census...
And then we continued to polarize every two or three years - 1997, 1999, 2002...
And in 2003, in the midst of polarization in a country whose name we couldn't even pronounce (DZSiCG), all but one registered without complaint...
And in 2006, maximally polarized, they held a referendum...
And in 2020, uh, that polarization seemed far away, the three-decade autocratic regime was sent to the opposition with a pencil...
