The elections are over, and so is the crisis surrounding the formation of the Government. Someone will say that they tailored it, others that they patched it, others that they scratched it, but it is there. Like any government, it should be criticized, but it hasn't even started yet, so maybe it's too early to spit. There is a preventive hate in progress, but it wouldn't be bad if people wait a little longer, give them some time, even if they break. It's not that there won't be hiccups, because so many different profiles of people in one place will certainly give rise to all kinds of conflicts, arguments and fouls. But sometimes it is important to support, even at the beginning, until they take the first step. But people are prone to criticism, some because they are used to criticizing, others because they have been silent for a long time and now it is not so dangerous to criticize. There is general criticism of almost all ministers, because ministers and deputy prime ministers come from all sides, so this is a time when everyone is a target, because everyone has their own counter target group. Blank support is out of the question, but it's obvious that society fired arrows at the Government even before they put on their suits and entered the cabinets.
The key item of every creative meeting, when discussing (brainstorming is a word that is used more often but stings more when written) is to avoid the trap of "idea killers". Therefore, before an idea is rejected as bad, it is not enough to just say "NO", it is also necessary to say why something is wrong. And not only that, it is necessary to offer an alternative. Therefore, if something is not right, explain why it is not right, and then give a suggestion on how to fix it, change it so that it gives better results. It is precisely in this segment that most mistakes are made, as everyone points out and says that something is wrong, but rarely does anyone elaborate on why it is wrong, and almost no one offers a concrete solution, takes over the reins and makes the system work. We have very few of those people, because DPS has been killing such initiatives for years.
We lack a team of leaders, and most of all we lack capable managers (in all fields, because they have already been rightly won over by private companies). It is a question of motivation and perspective, because a private person will give a person who is worth it significantly better conditions than someone will get in the Government or a ministry. That's why people go into politics for a long time, more for fame than for ideals. While DPS was in power, it was also profitable, but times are finally changing.
There is an extremely interesting and truly dubious song by the band Jarboli, it is called "Support is important"! For this occasion, it is worth quoting a couple of stanzas: "It is no longer important that we agree on everything/We looked for the devil and danced with him/He is always present and in every system/Support is important to deal with it/People will be happy to forget that they live /People mostly get used to life/Community offers only better perspectives/Support for the community, support right?”.
Because who cares Spajic, it doesn't suit him Mandic. Who is it good for? Becic, is not good for him Jokovic. And so on in a circle. There is really a lack of support, even if we see if there is a chance for the Government to work. Maybe a miracle will happen. To begin with, before the formation of the Government, we received a signal that the future Prime Minister has a sense of humor. The money that Spajić receives from the court decision Nebojše Medojevića will pay into the fund that takes care of the bears. So it makes sense, because "The bear is always right". Krivokapić, Đukanović i Luksic they were not prime ministers who know how to tell a joke, or how to make a point that makes sense. Đukanović usually laughed to match the problems of his opponents.
This Government will be "Either-or". She probably won't be able to be mediocre. Either it will be spectacularly bad, or it will be spectacularly good. The problem is that you shouldn't gamble with the government, because the lives of citizens depend on it.
