Because it is both awesome and terrifying when the party that created and implemented the so-called war for peace tries to accuse the party born ten years after that war for all crimes...
That night there were also rituals close to the exorcism of the prime minister and two ministers, performed by the former DPS and future PES authorities.
Which differ by one letter, and they have in common the understanding that Ura was obsessed with the fight against imaginary crime and the same kind of corruption, which normally - does not exist in reality...
And the exorcism of the devil in the parliament differed from that of the church in that the soft words from the prayer of St. John Chrysostom were not used.
Rather, heavy slander, insults and lies, the likes of which have not been heard at the departure of any government since the war nineties until today.

Even before dawn, Lučindan, even without traditional torches, illuminated all the consequences of Montenegro's three-decade moral decline, from which it cannot recover even in so many more decades...
Only this can add to this, what Matthias would say. Not that blessed saint from Bethlehem, but our sinner from Morača.
A poet who can be objected to anything, sometimes anything, but for the preservation of the original Montenegrin language - hats off...
It's good that his ancient prophecy - that the Montenegrin nation will die before him - did not come true...
It's bad that the way she's going, she won't outlive him by much...
Not at least in the sense implied by its Euro-Atlantic partners. According to which the English "nation", the French "nation"/"nationalité" and the German "nazion"/"nazionalitaet" are the same as statehood...
Nor can that statehood be preserved with the hashtag #450/700/1000, even if its translation into euros applies to all citizens...

That is why, unlike the convincing majority of public employees, I am convinced that bad politicians are not to blame for the bad outlook of the Montenegrin state, but those who elect them...
And when something starts upside down, then it can't end any other way than upside down, i.e. it doesn't end at all, it goes on like this upside down...
And that until it reaches itself, which very soon awaits the new Assembly and an even newer Government.
Why the Assembly? Because she allowed the representative to violate the Constitution in such a blatant way.
And its article 103, which obliges that "the representative presents his program in the Assembly".
So, not on portals or on Facebook, not by email or through the postman, but - in the Assembly...
He didn't bring it up. Not in the first, not in the third, not in any address.
He could, because no member of the ruling coalition had the courage to oppose him...
The opposition did, and uniquely, but it did not have the power to force him...

After the aforementioned underestimation - rather ignoring - the danger of slowing down the fight against corruption and crime, the violation of the Constitution was another striking similarity between DPS and PES.
Well, Milo Đukanović was not exactly at the beginning of his prime ministerial career when he slapped the then opposition in the face that he would never know how much money was in the state budget.
But the silence of those who elected him announced what his management of the country and its treasury will be like...
In spite of the hitherto unprecedented audacity, which he nurtured in the following decades, even such a Đukanović, in his capacity as a mandate holder, presented an exposé in the Assembly all six times.
Enduring every time harsh criticism and harsh words, the likes of which were not addressed to any representative - or any prime minister - until the arrival of Dritan Abazović at the head of the executive power...
The fact that the President of the 43rd Government was told and written to him is the most morbid part of the history of (not only) political dishonesty in Montenegro...
And yet, neither Abazović, nor any prime minister before him, including Đukanović, have ever laughed in the opposition's face as cynically and brazenly as Spajić did, for an extended period of time.
They didn't dare to do that because they knew that they were insulting all the deputies and - what is much more important - the entire Montenegrin public...
Spajić did, because he knew that the public would not react en masse to any violation of their right to know, nor to the violation of a constitutional obligation already at the beginning of the mandate.
For what?
Well, because the mass blank support for one hashtag showed what the masses are ready to close their eyes to - a full stomach...
And that is one of the most difficult consequences of the above-mentioned moral failure that Luchindan illuminated...

However, only DPS broke through the bottom of that stumbling block. Not only by targeting the Prime Minister of the deposed Government with heavy accusations of high treason, but also by opposing the election of the President of the Assembly with vocabulary unworthy of parliament.
And that after Andrija Mandić once again apologized for all the harsh words he uttered since the beginning of his political career.
And he asked the deputies of that party, as well as all the others, not to repeat his mistakes.
In vain...
- Black flor for the blackest day in the history of Montenegrin parliamentarism - this is how Mandić's election was commented from the party whose so-called war for peace in the winter of 1991/92. blackened almost 200 Montenegrin families...
And more than 400 Croatians, and only in the Dubrovnik region.

- The first person in the Assembly becomes the one who did not want this country and whose citizenship is secondary to him - said the party whose founders overthrew the Montenegrin state in the street in 1989...
And then on her remains, the so-called with the 1992 referendum, they repeated the Podgorica Assembly in 1918...
And they made the Montenegrin citizenship secondary not for one citizen, but for all of them...
- Today you will elect a man who smiled with satisfaction standing next to a person who cursed the citizens of Montenegro three times and three thousand times calling them communist bastards - was another attempt at selective party memory.
Yes, the late metropolitan swore...
And, despite that, he was only awarded one million and three hundred thousand marks from one DPS Government, although the previous one promised him seven for the Temple in Podgorica...
And yes, the metropolitan called Montenegrins - and not all citizens of Montenegro - communist bastards...
That is why the former communist and Montenegrin from Čevo, his equal - in the capacity of president of the DPS, the state or the government, whatever - went to pay homage to him.
And received the blessings of that very metropolitan whenever they seemed necessary to him...

Just seven months ago, Milo Đukanović himself publicly blessed Andrija Mandić's coming to power.
True, without specifying then whether it will be executive or legislative...
- It is necessary to work on political inclusion as much as possible... Regardless of the assessments heard today from important international addresses, that the Democratic Front is a completely unacceptable partner, including Mr. Mandić, I don't - that's what the former head of DPS said - a.
And I kind of felt sorry for him when I listened to how the young member of the parliament dissociated himself from him publicly, in front of all of Montenegro...
Such a relationship towards the former master is not an unusual phenomenon in Montenegrin history... It took much less than seven months for the mocking poem "King Nicholas stole an ox and ran away over the sea"...
Just in case, if I distance myself now, it could be that the younger DPS members just didn't understand the former boss very well...
Perhaps his supplementary reasoning on admissibility will help them:
- I respect that you legitimately represent a part of Montenegro. We need to start that conversation, to help overcome that historical gap, for which neither you nor I are responsible. That Montenegro reconciles on a healthy value platform of the European future, so that we can find a suitable place for our country and every citizen in that united Europe and on the global map - said Đukanović in a TV duel in the face of Mandić...
PS I am at a loss for words for what was thrown in the face of the deputies of the Albanian parties, but also to all Albanians... Have you forgotten the hundred thousand Albanian refugees from Kosovo? - that's how the DPS objected to them for voting for the President of the Assembly... Stagnation?... The bottom of the bottom?... Or both...
