THE COSMOS UNDER THE SACH

Deputies of deputies

Judging by the first marathon session, there will be something to watch, we will have something to laugh at, and there will certainly be material to be surprised and ashamed of.

Recently, the tenth episode of the series "Drug Marko" was shown. It is, of course, about the character and the work Aleksandar Ranković. Titles are often mentioned when mentioning various personalities, and almost all of them sound rude. One gets the impression that jobs, positions and titles were invented, so that everyone would be happy and satisfied, to admire their profession, although this does not mean that they will have any real function in those powerful directorates, secretariats and administrations.

The distribution of cards and functions in the new Government seems to have required many vice-presidential functions. It's absurd, but it's also understandable. Large cakes sometimes have to be cut according to the principle of smaller cakes if the party is large. But it is really a comical situation in which it is emphasized that it is Aleksa Becic "Deputy" Prime Minister. Even when it is written that he is the "vice president (deputy) of the Prime Minister", it not only introduces confusion, but the title does not make sense.

It's one thing to be a vice president, another to be a deputy, and the third is to be a reserve player. At the end of the day, the only thing that matters is how much someone wants to ask. That is, who will be the actual decision maker, and that remains to be seen. Usually, the head of the Prime Minister's office has more power than the others, because that person holds all the strings in his hands and can predict what will happen next.

Because if someone is a "deputy", then what will we call the deputies of the deputies? There is a story that turns into an urban legend, that after 1945, some people in Montenegro presented themselves as "helpers of the national hero". Looks like we're still suffering from title and size issues.

There is an even bigger problem when those who don't ask themselves want to look like they do. We will probably see such situations. There will be big words that have no foundation, there will be big decisions that will not be implemented. Because the question of all questions is always whose is the last, not who speaks loudly and often.

For many, the profession will serve only to hand out business cards with a sound title and receive a salary regularly. The first hundred days will be enough to weigh themselves, to see who mows and who carries water. These are not questions exclusively of the system, but of personal charisma and resourcefulness. There are too many people in the game, and all kinds of challenges come up.

It already seems that there are not enough guards for all the new statesmen. It is not important whether they will have anything useful to do at all, but it is important that we protect them all first. The next issue will be the problem of the vehicle fleet. Then, who will sit where. There will be various interesting things.

That is why, on the one hand, it is a pity that there is no more direct transmission of the Government session. Because, when there are so many different currents in the Government, it is very possible that the sessions would be seen as stand up perform. On the other hand, there is no need for people to watch and broadcast the Government sessions, when we will already have very interesting discussions in the parliament.

No one knows how the Government will function, it will be interesting to follow, guarantee!

It will probably look more like "All in one voice" than "unanimous".

Judging by the first marathon session, there will be something to watch, we will have something to laugh at, and there will certainly be material to be surprised and ashamed of.
