Nowhere is it as easy to succeed as in Montenegro. It is necessary for a person to be cheeky and a little rude. Just as in the XNUMXs people became rich overnight, so today it is possible to become successful overnight. Ladders are jumped, several of them at a time. But not because people are capable, but because they are too ambitious and there is no one on the stairs to check the ability of those who claim to be God-given for comfortable armchairs.
There is one group of people, we can call it the too modest half. They do not want to impose themselves, they were brought up that way (some will say - they were killed in the concept), not to ask for too much, to wait for time to prove their abilities, to hope for the existence of people who will recognize their qualities. Those people are left to wait, that is, hang out, and they are the group that has the most knowledge, quality, and it is certain that they would contribute the most to the system. But you have to look for such, and it's not done to anyone when everything is done in good faith.
The second group is the already mentioned "overambitious mediocrities", who pass through butter. They decorate their CVs, they turn up their noses, their suits are armor, they call everyone, they make contacts with everyone and they are looking for an opportunity. We can call them "Opinion Holders" or "Masters of Vanity". They comment and are omnipresent on the networks, tagging, liking, not suffering. They do not hesitate to self-recommend themselves, to impose themselves as ideal candidates, to scorn the competition. They jump in, they launch themselves, they know how much they don't know and ambition is their only key to success. For their own benefit, they strangely translated "take everything that life gives you" into "steal everything".
No one questions anyone. There is no time, and few people know the subject, so it is possible that ordinary clerks sometimes barely fit into the embassies, that they become "diplomats with enviable long-term experience". Sometimes two years are counted as "long-term experience", because it is important that it is not one year, everything else is counted as "many". They jump a few steps, because it's that kind of weather, nobody asks anybody anything. It is important that you are in the right place at the right time, be it a Viber group or a coffee shop. If you go out to the right places, if you slide into conversations with those who are wondering, it is possible for you to enter a ministry. It is important that they remember you when it comes time to make a decision, when a name is missing to fill the empty columns. What would a great thinker say Šomi Roganović: "The best are hesitant, the worst are cocky". It is important that you are in the directory and that you call immediately, that you say "yes" without questioning and that you come in 15 minutes to sign what you need, that you don't read anything, that goes without saying. Everything has become roulette, the result can be seen in the appointment of state secretaries. It's like they're pulling them out of a hat without looking. Who are they? Grey-haired!
People are like plants. The land is well fertilized. Some shoots start strong, tear the sky, go to the heights. But they are ordinary stems, the fruits are questionable. It is important that you say you are an expert. To look into the eyes while you claim it. Who asks you in which field you are an expert and if you know how to do it, what kind of manager you are, if you are a team leader and if you have a vision, concept and strategy. Everything is possible and everything happens. By the time it turns out that people have no idea, that they are counterproductive, a few years will pass, and that's a lot of salaries and a title that rings.
Everything sprouts in Montenegro. Earlier, it was transplanted, bribed, overlooked because of party affiliation, but now it is self-proclaimed and not checked. Anything can go. The prosecuted, the punished and the unknown are also welcome. Maybe it wouldn't be bad if they added the item "show me any ladder and I'll climb to the top" in the CV. What worse that person is going to do, he doesn't even know. It's important that it's on top. Whoever stands at the top even with a mandate, tramples everything under him and breaks his nails holding on to the sky.

It seems that a generation of uncompromising and over-ambitious people has sprung up from the fertilized soil, elbows with a mission, ready to do anything, just to get to the top. They will go far, and we will see if the country will fall off the curve because of them. State Secretaries or Sivijas. How idle does that sound.
