I managed somehow, the man didn't make any progress either in the party or in life, but the devil won't give me peace so that I don't ask him at the end if he reads these correspondences from the Sky app.

- None, sorry for asking you, it will be that Lomi, Komita, Tigar, Kata, Ofsir... are from the Liberal Alliance - I said even more seriously and went home to write this bad dialogue in the diary.
And then I remembered an equally meaningful conversation with the same person from the summer of 1989.
It's just that he then asked me if it was true that, after Slobodan Milošević's speech at Gazimestan, I told a Belgrade media outlet that Montenegro's hands would be bloody up to the elbows...
After an affirmative answer, a supplementary question followed:
- And what do we have to do with what Milošević said?!
Really, what does DPS have to do with anyone, or with anything that happened (in) Montenegro during the past three decades?
We did not participate in the third Balkan war.
The JNA is to blame for the murders and robberies around Dubrovnik.
Smuggling oil, tobacco and weapons was a legal state business from which we received salaries and pensions, received medical treatment and education.
Cocaine is under the jurisdiction of the international community, and the dozens killed in Montenegro are just collateral damage.
Correspondence from the Sky application is only part of the propaganda against the former government because of its merits for the independence of the country and its Euro-Atlantic integration...
And that's why I'm completely delighted with the consequences of subjecting DPS to collective aMNEsia ahead of the party elections:
- If there were bad practices from the previous period, we are here today and we are ready to bear the responsibility of guarding and leading the state for a better life for all citizens of Montenegro - these are the words of the young leader of the rejuvenated party.
Every one was golden for him, especially the ones about the readiness to lead the country...
And that, God willing, already from spring...

Saturday, December 2 - When in September 2020, in the first column after the DPS election debacle, I described my post-victory fears, one of them was related to the possible purchase of deputies.
One, that much was enough for a democratic coup.
In the correspondence from the Sky application today, I read that an alumni of the Kavac clan came up with the same idea almost at the same time.
Quite by chance, it goes without saying, there is little chance that I have readers among the criminals in the kavak - or any other - clan...
If criminal clans bought MPs or their voters for the criminogenic regime, not that there were any great chances, but they were used wholesale.
This is the first time I'm hearing about plans for some other legal and legitimate representatives of citizens to disappear...
- If you don't have access to this opposition, let's buy someone - the long-term scholar of the Kavac clan asks his mentor...
- I didn't think about it at all, how many should be bought - answers the professor of crime...
- One or two, they take a million and it hurts them..., we all protect them afterwards, and let them continue barking like the opposition - explains the scholarship holder from Kavac, who in his free time at ANB deals with the protection of national security.
During the thorough dialogue about the state of the opposition market, which despite its content did not yield results, the professor had a life-saving idea:

It doesn't matter, the one who was burned in Lovcen didn't have parliamentary immunity either, it's important that the effectiveness of the disappearance method was checked...

Sunday, December 3 - State prosecutor Maja Jovanović has been asked to disappear these days. I gather the circumstances, only from the list of candidates for the supreme state prosecutor...
This set of circumstances, first of all, implies the postponement of the trial on the indictments raised during her two acting mandates.
If she is already hated in the Montenegrin mafia - with a special emphasis on its political wing - she is, beyond any supreme prosecutor and all former prosecutors...
Why especially in the political wing?
First, it broke the three-decade tradition that meant that the chief prosecutors were also the chief defenders of that wing.
Second, due to the election of Vladimir Novović as the chief special prosecutor, who destroyed the myth of untouchability.
Thirdly, the capacities of the Investigation Prison are drastically more full since she has been in charge of the prosecution.
Fourth, the limitations of the acting state - which leaders of key institutions mainly use as a cover for inactivity - did not prevent her from making the work of everyone in VDT more efficient in two short terms.
Fifth, she did not use the arrests and accusations of the top of the Montenegrin judiciary, prosecutor's office and companies in state (co) ownership for personal media marketing.
Unfortunately, what in normal countries would have been Maja Jovanović's advantage - she proved that she wants, knows and can - turned into an aggravating circumstance.
The fact that she has been in the prosecutor's office for twenty years makes it difficult for her to be chosen as the supreme state prosecutor.
How else to explain the public lobbying of the executive and part of the legislature to find a lawyer with no experience in the prosecution or at least in the judiciary for that position, which will be the most important in the country for at least another five years...
And that despite the express opinion of the Venice Commission.
If we judge by the extremely extensive biography of Milorad Marković, he is recommended for the supreme prosecutor - civil activism.
Which is legal, because the conditions can be formally met by any lawyer with 20 years of experience in any job...
But it is not realistic for prosecutors with the same or more seniority to be the boss - a beginner in writing indictments...
Kudos to the expert experience at Cemi or Juventas, but what good is that in the case of Medenica, Jovanić, Čađenović, Vukotić, Maraš...
And what does the fight against organized crime, high-level corruption and serious war crimes have to do with NGO projects such as "Monitoring administrative procedures in spatial planning", "Justice for children", "Free legal aid for marginalized groups", "Prevention of abuse in prisons through reform of the rehabilitation and resocialization system"...
I'm taking a long time, but the list of those projects with which Marković supported his candidacy is really impressive...
I almost forgot the third candidate, judge Suzana Mugoša. Which was left without the support of the representatives of the ruling coalition due to the trial and verdict for the so-called a coup d'état.
For the same reason, but with the opposite sign, the support of opponents of the government was expected, but the opposition seems to have disappeared...

Monday, December 4 - If they disappeared from public life for a while, it would be good for all those who called for a boycott of the census.
Especially for DPS, for which consistency has not been a strong point since the nineties.
When in 1992 that party forced Montenegro into the Serbian world - a nationalist project whose formal name was FR Yugoslavia - all fighters for an independent, sovereign and internationally recognized state were declared traitors.
In 2006, the roles were reversed. The DPS recognized only sovereignists as patriots, and all those who did not want to renounce the DPS of Yugoslavia became - traitors...
How did I get to the nineties now?
Not to me, but to the giant slalom by which that party went from an angry opponent of the census to its even angrier advocate.
In truth, it didn't take her 14 years to break her brain this time, but only 1,4 months.
In October, the DPS treated all those who agree to "Dritan Abazović's census fraud" as traitors, that is, enemies.
Despite the fact that in the previous eight months it did not have a single objection to the alleged "Greater Serbian assimilation of Montenegrins", that party called for - a boycott of the census.
The census started yesterday, the chances of "fraud" are the same as during Abazović's mandate, only the enemies are now those who - boycott the census.
- Anyone who advocates an individual boycott is doing exactly what the enemies of Montenegro and the Montenegrin nation wish for - knowingly or unknowingly supporting the Greater Serbian assimilation of Montenegro and Montenegrins - the DPS said.
Logically, when are all the conditions set by that party fulfilled?
They are not, especially not the most important.
The BIA agents whose involvement in Monstat was informed by the DPS leader have not yet been identified.
There will also be no external control by Eurostat, with which DPS conditioned the end of the boycott.
The third key condition, a software solution that would - to quote DPS - "enable the digital entry of data on the spot, as well as their centralization, which is carried out by direct input from enumerators, during conversations with citizens", has not been met either.
And what about the protection of the Montenegrin identity?
Nothing, DPS didn't even try to change the confusing issue that identifies ethnicity and nationality...
Nor did he enable the Orthodox Montenegrins to declare themselves about their Montenegrin Orthodox Church...
So much for census fraud...
