It's not like you can just keep quiet, is it? Although a part of the public behaves exactly like that.

You remember, of course - after the famous August 30, a good part of the media behaved as if the world had ended. The defeat of DPS was obviously an event of that level for them. I remember one cry of a serious intellectual that from that moment, which happened more than three years ago, Montenegro no longer exists. That was the strong (fatal) identification of Montenegro with one (and bad) government.

As strong proof that Montenegro is on the wrong path and that the "new" government is dangerous, the media used the momentum of the anti-Muslim atmosphere, which, you probably remember, was evidenced by the hideous graffiti that appeared on Montenegrin mosques in those very days.

But after reading the SKY correspondence, it turned out that behind that hysteria and graffiti were DPS and its "special forces" led by serious criminals and the funniest secret agent in the world.

Of course, it would be a fool to think that there is no such thing in Montenegro even without DPS actions (or that every such graffiti is the work of only these authors), but the facts are the facts: that was done by activists of the defeated party and/or mafia soldiers. By which, and this is an interesting side effect, in a certain sense they "abolished" the real bearers of such hatred and such messages. I am sure that the vast majority of voters of that party do not approve of such methods.

After all, the "obituary" that was painted in a Rožaj church carries equally terrible messages, without the merits of DPS. But now we are dealing with fraudsters, who, in this way, keep alive, visible, the consciousness that they claim that overcoming it is their historical mission.

This kind of dangerous playing is especially significant in the light of the fact that their leader was thrown onto the stage of history precisely by a created anti-Muslim (anti-Albanian, anti-Montenegrin) manipulation. Then they were ready to be a part of it Slobin of the world.

Or things are simpler - a natural similarity emerges from time to time. It is obvious that this type of DPS activist operates on those mental models that are closest to them.

I would like to remind you that the essence of the new Montenegrin emancipatory idea was precisely that - to be fundamentally on the other side of this kind of consciousness, and today the "defenders" and "fighters" for Montenegro are showing up, whose rhetoric you cannot distinguish from rhetoric Mladić's butcher? There's something wrong there.

Do you remember those verses and "folk wisdom" about bulls and Turks? What those great Montenegrins sing when they get together - that's what warms their souls. How did it happen that people with an explicit Chetnik worldview present themselves as Montenegrin patriots? And who can believe that...

I don't want to idealize, but the Montenegrin emancipatory idea from the early nineties was created in clear and unequivocal opposition to the aforementioned abominations. It was a broad front, dynamic and intellectually diverse, and pure as a tear: on all key political and civilizational issues. The topics that were discussed then, no matter how normal and self-evident they are today, were pure exoticism for Montenegro. From human rights to women's issues, issues of democracy, freedom...

And it was like that, until he entered the game Djukanovic with his party and business team. It was clear in which direction the pendulum of history was going, and the pragmatic Đukanović found himself there.

For all political ideas, there can hardly be a greater temptation than - their realization. Then come the master-players, who are only interested in the game for the result, which is to say - a broken game.

Hardly anything worse could happen to a noble idea. In short: the "Montenegro idea" was first betrayed by intellectuals to the party and politicians, and then by the latter to naked criminals. And that's why we are where we are.

From such a combination, even if she was Joan of Arc or Lara Croft, she could not come out unscathed. She's fine and alive, after all.
