Friday, February 16 - It is the seventh morning since Milojko Spajić organized a congress of admiration for the Prime Minister in the Music Center, and odes of joy are still being broadcast from the headquarters of the European Union.
At least one a day, judging by the announcements from the prime minister's office.
And what's so strange about it?
Nothing, except my subjective feeling that Montenegro from those announcements is not the one I live in...
- It's great to see... and I congratulate the great progress in the field of European integration in just one hundred days of the Government's work - said EC President Ursula von der Leyen.
How was this "great progress" made?
- Appointments in the judiciary and numerous other reforms - that's how she explained.
And she showed that she believes in the constitutional division of power into three branches just as much as the person she is congratulating.
Because the merits for appointing prosecutors and judges belong to the Assembly and not to the Government, which is just as deserving as I am.
And what are these "numerous other reforms"?
I don't know, until the hundredth day I managed to register only one hashtag, one hedging and one loan of 159 million.
For a third more than the loans of the previous Government during - five hundred days...
I would not tell you about the kind of congratulatory message sent by the President of the European Council, Charles Michel. It's kind of underestimating, but it's not something new in the attitude of European officials towards the Balkan states...
As a great success in the field of European integration, he stated - the way in which the census was made.
As if all previous censuses were not done in the same or even more efficient way.
And as if this statistical work is not a common phenomenon in Montenegro.
And not only before the creation of this Government, but also of this European Union.
I can only copy the congratulations of the European Commissioner for Neighborhood Policy: Oliver Varhelji praised the "implementation of the smart specialization strategy and political commitment in the field of science and innovation".

Saturday, February 17 - And what did I do on the cards this week?
Well, because an important one isn't even written.
Or maybe it was, but it wasn't delivered.
Or, worst of all, it was written and delivered, but it was hidden from the public.
Be that as it may, there are no congratulations from the state of Montenegro to the neighboring country in the media.
I tried by the names of senders and receivers, then by functions, but on the occasion of the Serbian Statehood Day, from President Jakov Milatović and Prime Minister Milojko Spajić, neither t(r)ag nor voice...
There was no need for the third - the President of the Assembly - to be announced in writing. He will say it orally, anyway Andrija Mandić's t(r)ags lead to Belgrade and for less important reasons...
There is no other, I will have to go there too, but to the portals. The first, the fifth, the fifteenth, on each one a meter and a half of congratulations, with ten of the most important in their entirety.
Joseph Biden is so extensive as to say that, on the eve of the meeting, Serbia became the 50th united American state.
And so amazed by Vučić's foreign policy that the congratulatory message is almost the same as the one he sent to Milo Đukanović on the occasion of the Thirteenth of July.
Or almost without, in the part that concerns peaceful coexistence and the fight for peace in the world.
And then, to be fair - not so much to Đukanović as to Zelenski - he really exaggerated:
- The United States appreciates the support that Serbia provided to Ukraine in defense of its sovereignty and territorial integrity when it faced the brutal invasion of Russia?!
There was unexpected exaggeration in Erdogan's congratulation, as well as expected in Macron's.
All others are listed, from Canada to Egypt and from Ireland to Singapore. It goes without saying, from all countries in the area of the former SFRY.
Except from Kosovo, which is logical.
And from Montenegro without any logic, but only at first glance.
On the second, in the calendar, everything is clear.
Today is Kosovo Statehood Day.
The congratulations of the state of Montenegro were not written to that neighboring country either.
Or maybe it was, but it wasn't delivered.
Or, worst of all, it was written and delivered, but it was hidden from the public.
Because of the pre-accession negotiations on the entry of NSD and DNP into the Government. And preservation of assets, i.e. the support of those parties to the Prime Minister and the President of the State.
Because, whatever happened with the congratulations to Serbia, it's a small frog for Aleksandar Vučić.
It is important not to congratulate Kosovo, because in that case the frog would be huge. For him, for his in Montenegro - even bigger...
And they are not to be trifled with, from the reconstruction of the Government to its demolition is only one step...

Sunday, February 18 - Somewhat smaller than a frog, but certainly a big dumpling will have to be swallowed tomorrow by retired teachers, teachers, professors, doctors, engineers, journalists, lawyers, economists and everyone else who gave money to the PIO Fund for safekeeping for 35 or 40 years.
Because the first part of the hashtag #450/700/1000 comes into effect.
It will be a day of joy for 74.000 pensioners, especially those 40.905 whose pension is 50 percent higher.
For the aforementioned 37.155 days of mourning, because they are followed by an increase of -2,08 percent.

Monday, February 19 - The strike of teachers and professors has started. Not all of them, unfortunately, although they should know best that trade union solidarity is the biggest obstacle to government fraud.
And this one is not to cheat, but... it's better not to say.

Tuesday, February 20 - I would like the Education Union to have fought for the past nine years - said the Minister of Education on the second day of the strike.
Luckily, if not, she might have been able to retain the support of at least those who do not support the strike.
Because you don't talk to people who dedicate their lives to other people's children like that.
Especially not after three decades of planned, organized and systematic collapse of their reputation, dignity and standard of living.
And for that reason, I would also like something: that during the negotiations with the trade unions, she would be asked the same question.
Really, what and where did Anđela Jakšić-Stojanović fight for the past nine years?
And not only nine, but also the fourteen that preceded them, from the day she came of age.
Here I lost a day and a half searching, nowhere t(r)aga of her rebellion against anything that the former regime did to anyone and not only educators.
Those who did fight, maybe not this massively, but there was a group rebellion.
I personally witnessed it individually during the fifteen rebellious years of the Liberal Alliance...
Teachers, teachers, high school professors came to the protests... And because of that, they were exposed to bullying in their schools, and some were expelled from them, without warning...
The private university where the minister worked, an honor to the exceptions among which I did not find her, was just as famous for its rebellions against the former regime as the state one.
And UCG - also an honor with exceptions - pretended to be dead for a full 29 years, until it was resurrected on the streets...

Wednesday, February 21 - The end of the diary is coming, I'm running out of time to search, but let me check at least the most read portals one more time.
Just in case, it's not my turn to miss not only the fight, but even some of the minister's fights in the past nine years.
I type the name and both surnames, vijesti.me, tag and - nothing; pobgada.me - nothing; dan.co.me - nothing.
There is no trace of the extracurricular but socially useful activity called public rebellion.
The trail that political activity has taken me on does not smell good to me.
In the biography of Anđela Jakšić-Stojanović, on the website of the private university, it is written that she was a member of several national councils and working groups, among others:
of the CANU Center for Young Scientists and Artists and the Committee for Economic Sciences, Demography and Anthropology within the Academy;
Working groups 25 - Science and research, for the accession of Montenegro to the European Union;
of the National Council for Scientific Research;
of the National Council for Education;
The team for the development of the Strategy of scientific and research activities;
Working groups for the preparation of the Higher Education Strategy;
Working groups for the preparation of the Law on Higher Education;
Working groups Strategies for the development of professional professional education...
And all that at the state level.
And all this at a time when the country was led by DPS.
And, since I already said it's not good, what does it smell like now?
On closeness with the former regime.
Which was not prohibited by law. But those who were close are now forbidden to question anyone's struggle against that regime.

Thursday, February 22 - And tonight...
And the Prime Minister said last night that 18 million euros, as much as the Union of Education asked for, is a lot of money.
- If we raise wages for anyone, the entire system will require increases. The state would then have to allocate at least 150 million euros for all that - that's what they say he said.
Did any of the trade unionists remind Milojko Spajić that he was promoted to the rank of prime minister precisely because of the promise that with that "complete system" salaries would be increased, the lowest to 700 and the average to 1.000 - no one said anything...
And the educators agreed to wait for 10 percent gross until the summer, and 17 cumulatively until the next school year.
And it would be morning, day four...
And there would be no more strikes...
