Friday, February 23 - Well, this kind of specification has not been used in the defense of the suspect since the last time the former chief special prosecutor played the lawyer of the "sister of the highest government official" on TV.
- Ana Kolarević is not mentioned in the American papers in the Telekom case - Milivoje Katnić was categorical five years ago.
And only partially true, her name really isn't there.
The full truth, however, confirms that it is her, for two reasons:
Nor does Prime Minister Milo Đukanović - the highest government official from the time the affair was opened - have a second sister.
Nor did the prime ministers immediately before or after that affair have a high-ranking lawyer as a sister...
And why did Katnić's lawyering come to mind today? Because of an equally surreal statement he made on the occasion:
- American prosecutors and lawyers come to study with us because our law is older, we inherit Greek law - I noted this gem in one of the columns.
And she was convinced that he was just joking, until last night, lawyer Zoran Piperović came forward.
- And the main thing... well, the main thing - there are no cigars - that's how the former prosecutor tried to dispute the evidence of his current colleagues.
Well, now, will the arguments he used to defend a client arrested on suspicion of smuggling encourage the arrival of a recent colleague from the USA - I can't know that.
But I have a well-founded suspicion that the long-deceased chief of the public and secret police of the USSR has already been prompted to reconsider his own decisions.
- Well, they shot me when I didn't remember this - resigned Lavrentij Pavlovic somewhere at the bottom of hell.
And what did he do wrong, as Comrade Beria says:
- When there are no corpses, there is no crime, and I, the idiot from Lubjanka, left tens of thousands of neatly buried evidence against myself...

Saturday, February 24 - Finally, some good news:
- We promised transparency in work, rational and reasoned dialogue about policies that are inclusive and sustainable.
- We promised that competencies and personal integrity will be decisive factors in employment and advancement.
- We promised a different political culture based on respect for diversity and affirmation of European values.
And what's the news?
That none of the promises were fulfilled, which is very bad.
Worse than the fact that PES did not fulfill its promises, it did the exact opposite.
- The current way of working is contrary to the promises and values that I had in mind when creating the Movement - this is how Jakov Milatović explained it and resigned from all positions in PES.
It is good, even very good, that at least the Second in the party, which came to power thanks to those and other promises, admits it.
And the first in the country, to which PES brought only a little more than a third of the votes - 77.206.
He received the rest of 144.386 votes, mainly from members and sympathizers of other parties.
And why doesn't he resign from the position of President?
Well, because it is about unfulfilled party and not state obligations...
When asked why he didn't do it immediately after the elections in April last year, the answer was already given by the split between the municipal committees and the membership.

Sunday, February 25 - If Jakov Milatović had resigned last spring, neither Milojko Spajić would have become prime minister, nor would the torn PES have won 24 mandates...
Half possibly, which is easy to conclude already in the second day of the current split.
And even easier after the (semi)party response to the deputy president of the long-standing non-unified PES.
Which, not only in terms of political comparison with the announcement of the former deputy, but also purely from a human point of view, was our kind of Dripac...
The public has not yet found out whether the copyright belongs to an individual or whether a mob was convened due to objection.
To be honest, since yesterday I had a close suspicion of an individual with exceptional experience in that business...
Until this afternoon it was announced that the subject of my suspicions had been kicked out of the party...

Monday, February 26 - That in PES, in spite of everything, there are still those who stick to politeness in their public address, the address of Minister Maida Gorčević confirmed.
Ironing the party, judging by the fact that it followed two days after its author announced that "Jakov Milatović's intention to obstruct the work of the 44th Government and PES has long been noticeable, which culminated in his leaving the party."
- He did not deal with the Movement and participation in it since the moment he became the President of the country. We are grateful for everything we have done together so far, for the important democratic decisions that were made and the processes that took place together with Mr. Milatović - said Gorčević.
And that's good. Unfortunately, it is bad that she did not express such disagreement with the party regarding the stay of the expelled member of the Government.
- The position of Mr. (...) in the Government will be open before the planned reconstruction - announced PES.
And when does that reconstruction begin?
- We have defined everything by agreement, I have no additional comment - the prime minister answered earlier to journalists in the Assembly.
That definition in the agreement says that reconstruction is possible - at the end of the year.
Which means that the one who - in short order - can no longer harm the party, can comfortably continue harming the Government and the country until the end of December.

Tuesday, February 27 - Will the visit of Milorad Dodik harm Montenegro, the US special envoy for the Western Balkans will report in a timely manner.
That he can, it is clear even without Gabriel Escobar.
It was explained preventively three weeks ago by James O'Brien, Assistant Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affairs in Sarajevo.
- We will respond to anti-Dayton and unconstitutional actions - he told the chief employee.
And to everyone who supports him in that plan.
It lacks Oliver Varhelji, thanks to whom Dodik Zimus received European Union projects worth 600 million euros.
So much for the consistency of the West, thanks to which the entity came into being, because of which the Western Balkans are having fun at least three times a year with misery for the past three decades...
And about the leader of that entity, whose consistency during his stay in Montenegro worried all the media from the self-proclaimed patriotic block.
I don't have those worries, ever since 1995 and his statement that "I agree that Zagreb should be beaten, but we must not say that", given after rockets from Serbian Krajina killed six people from Zagreb and wounded almost two hundred, and the buildings of the children's clinic were also hit and CNK.
Despite not only that statement, the leader of the Bosnian Serbs was for almost a quarter of a century a very desirable partner to the recent Montenegrin leader whom he considered the embodiment of "political purity".
Unlike the patriots who, during Milorad Dodik's courtship with Milo Đukanović, subjected themselves to collective amnesia, I have not expected anything more humane from that obscure and dangerous character since then until today.

Wednesday, February 28 - From Andrija Mandić, I did, but not because his sovereignist presidential campaign lacked only E viva Montenegro and Negosto!
Or because he was a serious competitor to the Dalai Lama and Willy Brandt together in Brussels recently...
I expected more because he is a pragmatic politician who needed three years to learn that mistakes from the opposition mandate should not be repeated in power.
He didn't learn!
He went back to the factory settings, the same ones he apologized for not so long ago.
If he were to apologize again, he would have to, for starters, accept the agreement that was delivered to him by an (un)invited guest as the President of the Assembly.
It is true that the Republika Srpska has the right to special relations with its neighbors through the Dayton Agreement, but Montenegro does not have a neighbor with such a name.
The country with which it borders is called - Bosnia and Herzegovina.
That is according to the Constitution of Montenegro.
And what about the General Framework Agreement for Peace in Bosnia and Herzegovina?
- When the war ended and the Dayton Agreement was signed, the FRY existed. The successor of the FRY is Serbia, but Montenegro had equal obligations - Mandić tried to explain.
He failed!
Because maintaining special parallel connections with entities is not an obligation but a right.
In Dayton, that right was intended only for two signatory states, Croatia with the entity Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina and FRY with the entity Republika Srpska.
The only difference is that Croatia got that right in Paris after signing.
Serbia acquired it in Belgrade, only after the dissolution of the joint state. FRY or DZSiCG - that is not the clearest thing for some lawyers.
It is clear, however, that Montenegro does not even have the right, let alone the obligation, to establish special relations with the RS.
For this reason, even the President of the Parliament of the State of Montenegro has no right to special relations with the President of any entity of the State of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
However, Andrija Mandić has the right to special relations with Milorad Dodik, but only on two grounds - as the leader of Nova and as a citizen.
No leader, let alone a citizen, should allow himself the statement he made below:
- We will also talk with Albania about Bojana, Lake Skadar, and with Serbia about Lim - added Mandić.
We will, God willing - I would add - not only talk but also sign an agreement.
It's just that a serious country like Albania will not sign such an agreement with Štoj from Ulcinj or Nahija from Rijeka.
And even Serbia, despite its surreal foreign policy, would not allow itself to have the Plav-Gusinj region or Bijelo Polje as a co-signatory to the agreement on Lim...

Thursday, February 29 - Wow, this DPS is in a bigger mess than even PES... Is this realistic, Milorad Dodik's visit to Andrija Mandić shook that party more than the Bosniak party and all Albanian parties combined...
And they could match their ears nicely...
So that I don't have to draw that thank-you note from a convicted war criminal from Republika Srpska to the former leader of the DPS again...
And not only for oil, but also for the rest of the money, without which - as he admitted before the court - this kind of entity would not exist...
And for God's sake, not even Milorad Dodik like this...
