Connoisseurs and fans of theater art will have the opportunity to enjoy three fantastic performances in Budva this winter, which are scheduled to be performed on February 21, 23 and 24 at the "Splendid" hotel in Bečići.
The tourist organization of the municipality of Budva is organizing a revue of free performances again this year, and the performance of the play "Together" is planned for Wednesday, February 21, in cooperation with the "Beo Art" agency from Belgrade, the "Serbian National Theater" and the "Centre for Culture Pančevo". . Starring Nenad Peinar, Jasmina Večanski, Gordana Đurđević Dimić, Bojana Ordinačev, Branislav Jerković, Jugoslav Krajnov, director Jana Maričić, and based on the play by Ana Đorđević, which describes a family that did not sit down at the table for five years until the death of a loved one brought them together.
The second play will be performed on Friday, February 23, under the name "You can't escape from Sunday" in cooperation with the "Beo Art" agency, the "National Library of Budva" and the "Serbian National Theater". It is about a great witty duo drama and relationships between partners, and the roles are entrusted to actors Anđela Pećinar and Aljoša Đidić.
The third revue performance, entitled "Once upon a time in Brijuni", will be performed on Saturday, February 24, in cooperation with Belgrade's "Bitef Theater", "Beo Art" and "Svilajnac Culture Center". The play is based on the real historical meeting of two married couples: Josip Broz Tito and Jovanka Broz with Richard Barton and Elizabeth Taylor, and the actors: Milan Marić, Branislav Trifunović, Tihana Lazović and Sanja Marković. All three plays are successfully performed on the stages of the aforementioned theaters.
Performances start at 20 p.m. Reservation is not required. Entrance is free.
