The eighteenth edition of the International Guitar Competition (Montenegro International Guitar Competition) will be held from May 30 to June 1 in the Tivat Cultural Center, the organizers of this event announced.

The second concert of this year's edition of the festival will be organized by the Slovenian guitarist, Mak Grgić. World famous, even twice nominated for the famous Grammy Award, Grgić was described in the New York Times as "imaginative, gifted and expressive", and in the Washington Post magazine as "a guitarist to keep an eye on". He is an innovative musician, whose varied activities include works of ethnic heritage of the Balkans, avant-garde, classical music, as well as film productions. As a soloist and collaborator, Mak has an average of 85 performances a year. He will perform in Tivat on June 1 in the DTV Partizan hall, also in the Cultural Center.
