Warner Bros. has released a trailer announcing M. Night Shyamalan's latest thriller "Trap" starring Josh Hartnett.
The film depicts a father and teenage daughter who go to a pop concert, where they realize they are at the center of a dark and dangerous event.
"Trap" opens in theaters on Aug. 9, and Shyamalan said he now works outside of Hollywood conventions, making movies with "small, reasonable budgets."
"What I ask of an actor is to go completely crazy, to go all out, to bounce, bounce, bounce, to not protect himself. That beautiful electricity requires the right actor at the right moment in his life. And that's where Josh and I were when I met him myself," said the director.
