Although the Croatian singer Severina has a large number of fans in Split, which is proven by the fact that ten days before the concert scheduled for December 6, she sold out the Arena in that city, the Croatian Party of Rights called on the audience to boycott the singer. Namely, HSP sent an appeal through the media in which they say that their supporters do not want to pay for Severina's performance with their own money.
Severina's concert in Split will cost 45.000 euros, and HSP believes that the singer does not deserve it, considering that before the recently held referendum on the definition of marriage, she "gave moral lessons about the family".
"We are calling for Severina's concert in Split to be canceled due to insulting nearly 50,000 citizens of Split who on Sunday declared for the family, but also to all those for whom the family is a fundamental value, and for calling them all fascists and primitives. And finally, as long as you're not sorry, Seve-nacional, you're not welcome in our club," they said from HSP.
Severina declared that she will circle "against" in the referendum on marriage, that is, that she does not support the definition that marriage is the union of a man and a woman only.
