ingredients:
- 2 zucchini
- 2 carrots
- 1 red pepper
For topping:
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 150 ml of milk
- 70 g flour

Wash the vegetables, dry them and cut them with a vegetable peeler. Lubricate the baking dish with oil and arrange the vegetables in a circle.
Mix eggs, milk, salt and flour in a separate bowl. Combine and pour evenly over the vegetables.
Bake the pie in an oven heated to 190 degrees for 45 minutes to one hour. Leave the finished pie to cool a little and you can serve it.
