We all know that Italian gourmets will not agree with this type of pizza, but the more important thing is that you can get a tasty and nice meal in an easy way.

- 5 medium-sized potatoes
- 200 g of tomato puree
- 200 g of mozzarella or similar cheese
- 2-3 tablespoons of pesto sauce
- spices to taste

Wash the potatoes well, put them in a pot and cook them in salted water until they are soft. Cover the pizza pan with baking paper, spread the boiled hot potatoes, mash them slightly, cover with another layer of paper and make an even layer.
Then remove the top layer of paper, pour olive oil, salt, pepper, spices as desired and place in the oven for 15 minutes at 200 degrees.
After that, spread the tomato pizza paste evenly and sprinkle with grated cheese. Add some pesto sauce and put in the oven for another 5 minutes. Serve with basil leaves.
