If you like chicken that's full of flavor, not dry and a bit 'woody' like it can be, try the recipe we found on the Instagram page thatdude_cancook.
ingredients:
- 2-3 pieces of chicken breast
- 1/4 cup (60 g) flour
- 3 tablespoons of butter
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4-5 cloves of garlic
- 2 tablespoons of vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons (45 g) maple syrup
- chives (optional)
- salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
Cut the chicken breast into cubes, but do not cut it all the way to the bottom. Season with salt and pepper. Roll in flour.
Pour a little oil into the pan and add butter. Fry the chicken for three minutes on both sides. It is important that it gets a golden color, so you should adjust the time to your stove.
Add finely chopped garlic, vinegar, maple syrup, soy sauce and a little more butter.
Tilt the pan and pour the sauce over it while it cooks for about five minutes.
Serve while warm and sprinkle with chives.
