The Democratic Front asked the public and the local judiciary how Saša Sinđelić was healthy in Montenegro and became mentally ill in Croatia.
They spoke out after Vijesti published information from the trial of Sinđelić in the Vukovar County Court - that the lawyer of the associate witness in the coup d'état trial submitted medical documentation to the council there, before which the Serbian citizen is charged with murder, and requested a psychiatric expert opinion.
"It is particularly interesting how Saša Sinđelić now admits that he has a diagnosis of mental illness, while in the Podgorica High Court he rejected with contempt any appearance and insinuations that he is an insane person. Should we remind you that the court panel led by Suzana Mugoš rejected the proposal for by the psychiatric expert report of Saša Sinđelić submitted by lawyer Miroje Jovanović. Or it should be recalled that the president of the High Court Boris Savić granted the status of associate witness to a mentally ill person under the false name Aleksandar, and that judge Suzana Mugoša confirmed his status as an associate witness, i.e. that declared his testimony to be true. Now we get an exclusive from the county court in Vukovar as Saša Sinđelić convinces the court panel that he is insane, and in addition he also attaches the appropriate medical documentation, which Suzana Mugoša ignored throughout the court proceedings, and now we know why DF announced.
They pointed out that this is another indicator that the DF was right throughout "this tragicomic judicial montage when it pointed to the stumbling block of the Montenegrin judiciary and its absolute dependence on Milo Đukanović".
