The Budva police will file a misdemeanor charge against the painter Miško Boljević, who was caught yesterday painting a mural with the image of the former president of Montenegro, Momir Bulatović.
Boljević was detained last night, as was the actor Vuk Jovanović, who were interrogated and then released.
The prosecutor found that there were no elements of a criminal act. Boljević is charged with a misdemeanor from Article 18 paragraph 1 of the Law on Public Order and Peace.
The drawing of the mural in Miločerski Park was organized by Mlada Budva SNP, as they said, as a sign of honor to Bulatović.
Jovanović is seen by the local SNP as the list holder in the upcoming elections in Budva.
