Seventy-eight-year-old Strouken Lambertus and five years younger Eli van Gompel were found last night, an hour after midnight, above Jablan Lake on the way to Crvena Greda.
This was announced by the Zabljak Protection and Rescue Service, stating that tourists in the Durmitor massif were found without mountaineering equipment and inadequately trained.
"Our members rescued them and evacuated them to a safe location," the Service wrote, stating that Ranko Šibalić and Radonja Raonić participated in the rescue operation.
