The Basic State Prosecutor's Office in Kotor proposed to the investigating judge to order the detention of the Russian citizen IS suspected of causing a serious traffic accident in which two people lost their lives.
According to the knowledge of "Vijesti", IS will be brought before a judge today, with a proposal for detention.
Earlier, the Budva police told the news that IS was driving a car from the direction of Budva towards Bar, and that he lost control of the vehicle near the Splendid Hotel and landed below the level of the road on the right side.
A seventeen-year-old Russian citizen and a one-year-old Ukrainian citizen died in the accident.
