Police officer Petar Lazovic he used to convince Darko Sarić that he is their cousin and the bodyguard of his brother Duška - Vladimir Bajčeta shunted with the skalar while he was with Pljevljake.
According to Sky Communication, this happened after the police officers kidnapped them Edmond Mustafa, a member of the opposing Jackal clan.
In the correspondence from the then encrypted application, it appears that Baranin told him this while he was under his control, trapped in a shack apartment in the City quarter...
Mustafa recently denied that he was kidnapped.
"Listen to me now, he says he was dating Bajčeta in the City quarter. And that they called him Marinko and Bajčeta and he met with Marinka. And Marinko swore to him that Bajčeta had nothing to do with anything and that Bajčeta could fight, but he had nothing against Baran. When he was with you, a year and a half ago. And he is heard from the Banovićs," Lazović recounts to a drug lord from Pljevlja what he was allegedly told by a member of the Bar branch of the Skaljar clan.
In the conversation with Šarić, Lazović repeatedly mentions Bajčeta and the Banović brothers in a negative context. He also does this in a group chat with a colleague who has now escaped Ljub MILović and head of the Kavac criminal clan Radoj Zvicer.
During the correspondence about what he is ready to do for him, Lazović also informs Šarić about insignificant things such as who was with whom, how much he trains, who said what, and in one of the conversations he emphasizes to him that he should take care of everyone who is theirs , except for Bajčet "because he was the only one who messed up".
"The only one who messed up this Bajco. He fell in love with these Banovics, and they fell in love with one another. I watch all ours and they know it, I don't know if they pass it on to you. And Delfina too. Not many people would be here if you were here!", Lazović wrote to him in mid-July 2020.
Delfin is the nickname of a Budvanin who has been known for more than a decade as a person of security interest.
Bajčeta, whom Lazović mentions, is Vladimir Bajčeta, the former bodyguard of the Šarić brothers and their close relative. For many years he worked as a police special officer. He was arrested in mid-March 2023 as a member of the police drug cartel...
The criminal group of which, according to SDT and Bajčet's claims, he was a member, was formed by the head of the Kavac clan, Radoje Zvicer, who is on the run, and the fugitive policeman Ljubo Milović.
In the files of the SDT, it is written that the crime team used the money obtained from international cocaine smuggling to influence the results of the parliamentary elections held in August 2020, as well as to appoint trusted people to leading positions in the Police Directorate.
The police drug cartel is accused of smuggling at least three tons of cocaine with their associates, intimidating members of other criminal clans, witnesses and passing confidential information to the heads of the Kavac criminal clan.
The Banovics are brothers Marinko i Mirko, Bajčeta's godfathers.
Mirko Banović has been a member of the special forces of the Montenegrin police for more than two decades.
After the formation of the Sector for the fight against organized crime and corruption, which was managed by Zoran Lazović, the father of Petar Lazović, he was part of their Special Support Department.
After several months spent in that police unit, which, as is suspected, was a beating squad at the heart of the police administration, Banović left that sector, allegedly because of disagreements with Lazović.
Correspondence from the encrypted Sky application, which Europol delivered to Montenegrin investigators, shows that members of that Department tortured and abused arrested clan members and forced confessions from them.
Back in July 2021, the Special State Prosecutor's Office received transcripts that heavily accuse Lazović and his colleague Ljub Milović, but the special prosecutor at the time Sasa Cadjenovic in January of last year, archived the case and released them from responsibility.
The investigation was launched four months later, and only when the portal Libertas published the correspondence of police officers with members of the organized criminal group "Kavači" and their Belgrade associates Veljko Belivuk and Marko Miljković.
The former secret agent was arrested on July 18, 2022, and the SDT accuses him of working for the mafia, instead of against it, as an employee of the National Security Agency, temporarily assigned to the police SBPOKK.
Half a year later, Čađenović was also arrested due to accusations that he was protecting people from Kavčani.
SDT headed by a new boss Vladimir Novović, filed an indictment in early January against Lazović, Milović, Radoj Zvicer, Slobodan Kašćelan, Radoje Živković, Nikola Spasojevic, Milan Vujotić, Duško Roganovića, Radovan Mujović, Radovan Pantović i Nikša Perović.
According to the indictment, that criminal organization was formed in the second half of 2020 and, in addition to Montenegro, operated in South America, Africa, Europe and Australia. The defendants are charged with several serious crimes, such as serious murders, attempted murders, smuggling of drugs, weapons and cigarettes, as well as abuse of office.
Lazović is included in several other SDT cases, all of which relate to the organized criminal group Kavčani.
During the presentation of his defense, he denied the commission of criminal acts, claiming that he had arrested the members of that clan, and not befriended them.
Lazović's legal team previously announced that their client's exposure to public opinion and condemnation has been ongoing for more than a year.
They stated that there is no evidence against him, except for the messages from the Sky ECC application. On that encrypted communication channel, he used the nicknames Junior and Junior New.
