He also swore to him, as well as to the heads of the Kavački clan, that he would never change sides and that he would fight with the Skaljars until the end, with the message that "we wouldn't be there if they beat us"...
This results from their correspondence through the encrypted Sky application, which was delivered to Montenegrin investigators by the European Union Agency for Cooperation in Law Enforcement.

After Vučinić, whom you accuse of being part of the Pljevljak criminal group Darko Sarić, that's what he asks of him, Lazović replies on June 1, 2020 that he will soon, and then sends the personal data of several citizens, which he had access to while performing police duties.
According to the transcripts from Sky, he first sent him information about Baranka, and then about her brothers M. Đ. i B. Đ. and sister N. Đ. and their parents T.Z. and B. Đ.
He also sends a photographed extract from the civil status to Baranka SM and for Podgorica ML
“These are her brothers. Brothers from D********. And sister. The brothers-in-law helped Bath there. Otherwise, it spoils the familiar," writes the police officer to Vučinić.
Along with the information about the Podgorica resident, he explains whose half-brother and whose brother he is, and then says that he will do everything he can.
“Okay. everything that can be influenced will be done. We didn't even change sides. Neither will we," said Lazović on the same day, and less than an hour later, everything was over.
"Brother is not a very unskilled brother," Lazović wrote to him.
In the months-long correspondence, there was also an arrangement for massing patriotic gatherings, after the elections in August 2020, as well as messages in which he informed Vučinić that the head of the Special Police Department at the time Dragan Radonjić pledged to act leniently towards those suspected of causing inter-ethnic intolerance in Pljevlja...
However, he is not included in the indictment with which the Special State Prosecutor's Office charges another police officer, Jugoslav Raičević, that he gave secret information to Vucinić.
Raičević is accused by the SDT that in early 2020, in Montenegro, aware of the act he wanted to commit and knowing that his act was prohibited, he became a member of a criminal organization organized by the accused Darko on the territory of Montenegro, as well as in Serbia and other European countries Saric.
According to the indictment, members of that criminal organization include Vučinić, Dejan Lazarević, Bojan Stanojković, Danilo Odović, Aleksandar Bošković, Nikola Spasojević, Danilo Stojanović, Milutin Radovanović, Duško Mirković, Stefan Andrejić, Marko Vukić, Uroš Radovanović, Arso Šarić i Dusko Saric.
Only Raičević is on trial in Montenegro, while the proceedings against the others are being conducted in Serbia.
That long-time police officer is accused of having, as a police officer, assigned to the Department for Special Operational Support, by unlawfully using his official position and authority, benefited others:
"In the way that he is a police officer, acting contrary to the provisions of Article 4 paragraph 1 and Article 188 paragraph 1 of the Rulebook on the manner of performing certain police duties and the application of authority in the performance of those duties ("Official Gazette of Montenegro" number 21/2015 and number 66/ 2015), through the phone with the application for protected communication 'Sky Ecc', from the account with the code BNB5D8, communicated with the member of the criminal organization, the accused Milan Vučinić, who uses the 'Sky Ecc' account with the code A7IBNP, and acting on his orders and on his own initiative, obtained and transferred to the accused Milan Vučinić information and confidential data, as well as personal data of citizens he reached during the performance of police duties, which he personally carried out...".
At the hearing, he denied guilt, claiming that he never used a phone with crypto protection, that he does not know any member of the criminal organization of which he is allegedly a member, except for Vučinić.
To the special prosecutor Nataša Bošković he said that he did not provide this person with official data and knowledge obtained while performing the work of a police officer through the Sky application, or in any other indirect or direct way.
Lazović is included in several SDT indictments, which accuse him of working for the mafia, instead of fighting against it.
He denied guilt, and during the discussion of one of the indictments, he said that he had been in custody for 19 months, without any evidence, and that the indictment was a conspiracy against him and his family and political trade.
"Despite so much injustice that I constantly suffer from state authorities, and if I reported myself to the police and competent authorities and handed over my personal belongings and documents on my own initiative, 19 months later I am telling all the decision-makers in Montenegro that I will bravely and dignify everything that I is prepared in advance. It is clear to everyone that I was pre-judged in May 2022 and in a dishonorable way," Lazović said on January 19 when the charges against the so-called police drug cartel were discussed.
