"He was stopped last night around 22.25:XNUMX on the Adriatic road in Budva and tested for narcotics through a preliminary test, which after laboratory analysis in a health facility was confirmed in part to contain the narcotic drug cocaine," said the president of the Budva Misdemeanor Court, Marko Đukanović.
In a separate proceeding, as he added, Budva's NS (23) was sentenced to the same sentence for driving under the influence of alcohol in a concentration of 2,13 g/kg.
"Judge Magdalena Mijić, in addition to the sentences, imposed a protective measure prohibiting driving for four months and three penalty points for both defendants," said Đukanović.
