Kosovo citizen U.XH. (23) was sentenced to a fine in the amount of 2.000 euros, because it was established in the proceedings that on Friday, in the early hours of the morning, he drove a vehicle under the influence of alcohol in his body.
"Judge Anka Kekić ordered that the sentence be carried out before the decision becomes final, so the money was immediately paid into the state budget. The defendant was also banned from driving vehicles on the territory of Montenegro for a period of six months," announced the President of the Court for Misdemeanors in Budva, Marko Đukanović.
