The Higher Court in Podgorica confirmed the indictment against Jugoslav Raičević, an employee of the Police Administration, accused of having committed the criminal offense of creating a criminal organization, Marija Raković, an independent consultant for public relations, confirmed to "Vijesta".
The indictment presented that in early 2020, in Montenegro, the defendant Raičević became a member of a criminal organization organized by the defendant Darko Šarić on the territory of Montenegro, the Republic of Serbia and other European countries, and whose members became, in addition to, for now, unidentified persons, accused Dejan Lazarevic, Stanojković Bojan, Odović Danilo, Bošković Aleksandar, Spasojević Nikola, Stojanović Danilo, Radovanović Milutin, Mirković Duško, Andrejić Stefan, Vukić Marko, Radovanović Uroš, Vučinić Milan, Šarić Arso and Šarić Duško, and against whom indictments of the Public Prosecutor's Office for Organized Crime of the Republic of Serbia from October 12, 10, criminal proceedings are being conducted before the Special Court in Belgrade for the criminal offenses of conspiracy to commit criminal offenses, aggravated murder, causing general danger in co-perpetration, causing general danger in co-perpetration in an attempt , two criminal offenses of illegal production, possession, carrying and trafficking of weapons and explosive substances, illegal production, possession, carrying and trafficking of weapons and explosive substances, extended criminal offense of abuse of official position, false reporting in complicity, and extended criminal offense of abuse of official position. The indictment adds that violence and intimidation are planned in the activities of the criminal organization, in order to implement the criminal plan and commit an unspecified number of crimes, including serious murder.
The defendant Raičević Jugoslav had the task of collecting information on the territory of Montenegro, as an authorized police officer of the Police Administration of Montenegro, on his own initiative and according to the orders and instructions of the organizers, which were directly communicated to him by a member of the criminal organization, the accused Milan Vučinić, by illegally exploiting his official position. official measures and actions taken by the Montenegrin police in the same period, both in relation to members of their own and in relation to members of opposing criminal organizations.
This information was transmitted to the accused Vučinić Milan as a user of the "Sky Ecc" account A5IBNP through the encrypted communication application "Sky Ecc", as the user of the BNB8D7 account, as well as taking other actions according to the instructions and orders of the organizers, among other things, it is stated in the indictment.
