The Special State Prosecutor's Office (SDT) and the Special Police Department (SPO) are working to determine the assets of former police officer Zoran Lazović and former chief special prosecutor Milivoj Katnić.
This was announced by the SDT, from where they said that they were examining the assets of the defendants.
"The Special State Prosecutor's Office and the Special Police Department take numerous actions every day with the aim of identifying the assets of the defendants ZL and MK, both those that are registered to the defendants and their family members, and those for which there is a certain degree of suspicion that they are registered to other physical and legal entities, whose actual owners are the defendants and members of their families. In this regard, we are publishing a video recording of only part of the property that the defendants do not dispute is their property, and we indicate that in the further course of the procedure, the public will also be informed of the other property for which there is a well-founded suspicion that it is the real property of the defendants and their related persons," reads the SDT announcement.
