The Budva police arrested NR (59) from Niš, who is suspected of the criminal offense of bribery by abuse of position, the Police Administration (UP) announced.
As reported by UP, yesterday a woman reported to the Budva police that her minor daughter was sexually abused by a suspect in the period from December 2023 to April of the current year.
"The prosecutor in the Higher State Prosecutor's Office in Podgorica was informed of the report, on whose order further measures and actions were taken in order to determine the circumstances and facts of the reported event. After the activities carried out under the jurisdiction of the police, the acting prosecutor was informed back on whose order the NR was deprived of liberty for suspicions that he committed the criminal offense of bribery by abuse of position," the announcement states.
