Tivčanin RG. (48) was sentenced to a prison term of 30 days, because he was driving a vehicle with 3,36 parts per thousand of alcohol in his body, it was reported from the Court for Misdemeanors in Budva.
The president of that court, Marko Đukanović, said that the RG sanction was pronounced by the duty judge of the division in Kotor, Ivana Vukasović.
"After it was established in the evidentiary proceedings that he was driving a vehicle today with 3,36 parts per thousand of alcohol in his body," the statement said.
It is stated that the RG, in addition to the fine, imposed a ban on driving vehicles for a maximum duration and a maximum number of penalty points.
