Today, the defense of the arrested Zoran Lazović will propose to the Special State Prosecutor's Office (SDT) that former prime minister Zdravko Krivokapić be heard as a witness in the proceedings in which the former secret agent was deprived of his liberty.
This is what one of Lazović's defense attorneys, lawyer Zoran Piperović, told "Vijesti".
He announced this after Krivokapić said yesterday in the program "Referat" on Gradska RTV that the former assistant director of the police, Enis Baković, was one of the key people who gave the order for Belgrade criminals Veljko Belivuk and Marko Miljković to enter Montenegro.
"The precious testimony of Zdravko Krivokapić regarding the facts related to the entry of Belivuk and Miljković into Montenegro. I know that, as of today, he will be put on the payroll of 'Bemax' by the URA and the Democrats, like Milović (Andrej) and Koprivica (Momo) , but that joke is less important. The important thing is that today I will propose to the prosecutor Šokškić (Miloš) in his written submission that the former prime minister be heard as a witness about how he knows that those persons were not removed from the ban by Lazović, but by someone else, who is the witness. Considering the former position of Krivokapić, I conclude that he is the one who was invited and knows who did it. For the rest, let him explain everything he said yesterday, and in this regard, to the special prosecutor Šoškić.
