Police in Bar arrested OL (24) on suspicion of having committed the criminal offense of robbery, the Police Administration (UP) announced.
"OL committed the above-mentioned criminal offense in such a way that, according to a premeditated plan and with the aim of obtaining illegal property benefits, he stole a box with money from the person who was employed in the security of money transport, using a spray with an irritating effect on the injured party, after which he ran away," reads the UP statement.
They added that the prosecutor in the Higher State Prosecutor's Office in Podgorica was aware of the incident.
