Solana Bajo Sekulić, with 110 thousand euros of unpaid immovable property tax, is the leader on the list of municipal debtors on this basis.
Yesterday, the municipality published on its website a list of property tax defaulters who owe more than a thousand euros, which includes numerous politicians, controversial businessmen, public figures, but also those who cover the most important functions in the state sector for the local cadastre.
Right behind the salt pan, with almost 50 thousand euros in debt, is the former owner of the Otrant Hotel, NLB Interfinanz.
The long list includes investor Gzim Guči with a debt of 24.000 euros, followed by Olga Orlova, the owner of an unfinished building in the Old Town with 22.000 euros. The Bar company Sea terra bay prop owes 31.500 euros, "Šas Atlantida" from Brisker gore 26.000, "Alex" from Kolomza 22.000 euros and "Sirtaky" from Kruč 18.000 euros.
The well-known restaurateur Fatmir Đenašević owes the Municipality nearly 17.000 euros on this basis, and the entrepreneur Maksut Rejza 15.000, as well as Redžep Keljmendi from Donji Štoj. There is also the owner of Imperial Mirsad Nikočević with a debt of 14.200 euros, but the owner of Primus and former president of the SO Džaudet Cakuli who owes 14.000.
Seaside Apartments, which sells a luxury building on Pinješ for 12.000 euros, followed by Bećović Management Group with 10.500. Businessman Hajdar Cufaj and Mujo Reža owe 9.100 and 7.200 euros, respectively.
The director of the Ulcinj branch of the Real Estate Administration, Dževdet Čaprić, also owes more than a thousand euros.
Smaller amounts are also owed by the former presidents of the Municipality Nazif Cungu, Gzim Hajdinaga and Mehmet Bardhi and former chief administrators Pjeter Ljuljđuraj and Jakup Murati.
The President of the Municipality, Fatmir Đeka, said that the Municipality will use all legal mechanisms to collect debts on that basis, including mortgaging the property.
