The Ministry of Ecology, Spatial Planning and Urbanism (MEPPU) denied the allegations of Professor Branko Radulović that the ministry "remained 'deaf'" to his request and the subsequent official urgency to provide full information regarding the issuance of permits for the construction of solar fields and wind generators, and the legal deadline for an answer was 15 days".
They said that MEPPU "on July 4, 2023, responded (Number: 01-332/23-5005/2) to Branko Radulović regarding his request for the delivery of information from the point of view of this ministry on the construction of solar power plants, the procedure for obtaining urban - technical conditions are ongoing, primarily referring to the companies M Energy, CWP Europe, RES Montenegro Group, Sunrise Europe and UGT Renewables".
