Three former Montenegrin finance ministers from different political options, Igor Lukšić (DPS), Raško Konjević (SDP) and Aleksandar Damjanović (former SNP), founded a joint company for consulting activities, "Trustrock Consulting Network".
According to the data from the registry, the company's foundation contract was signed on March 13, while it was registered on March 18. In addition to three former ministers, the fourth founder is Bojan Bugarin, a former MUP official, who is the sole employee and director of the company.
The Bulgarian told "Vijesta" on behalf of the founder that "Trustrock" aspires to become a leading consulting company in Montenegro and the region, providing strategic advice and support to foreign investors who want to do business successfully in our country and region.

The headquarters of the company is in the Siti kvart neighborhood in Ulica vojvode Maša Đurovića.
"Trustrock" means rock of trust.
The total founding stake is four euros, and all founders have a quarter stake each.
Lukšić was elected Minister of Finance four times from 2004 to 2010, and then he was Prime Minister from 2010 to 2012. After the end of his political career, Lukšić worked for five years as a consultant at the international auditing company Pricewaterhousecoopers (PwC), and he is a lecturer at the University of Donja Gorica.
Aleksanadr Damjanović was a long-time opposition MP and president of the parliamentary committee for the economy. In the previous Government of Dritan Abazović, he was the Minister of Finance from April 2022 to the end of October 2023.
Raško Konjević was a member of the SDP for many years and the president of that party. He was the Minister of Internal Affairs from 2012 to 2016, and from May to November 2016, the Minister of Finance in the Government of Electoral Confidence. In the minority government of Dritan Abazović, he was the minister of defense from April to October 2022, when the SDP left that government.
