At today's meeting, the government decided to pay a one-time aid to the workers of the Dr. Simo Milošević Institute in Igalo, for which 1,1 million euros will be allocated, and the money will be paid into the Syndicate's giro account.
In this way, the workers' strike that was planned for today was avoided.
The government announced that the session adopted the Information on the awarding of one-time assistance to employees of the Institute for Physical Medicine, Rehabilitation and Rheumatology "Dr. Simo Milošević".
"Appreciating the situation in which the employees find themselves and the importance of continuing the continuous provision of health services, as well as the need to preserve human resources and the potential of employees who have shown great contribution and sacrifice and despite the circumstances have continued to provide services to the users of the Institute, the Government has tasked the Ministry of Labor and Social to pay the representative trade union organization of the Institute the amount of 1.136.000 euros, as a one-time aid to the employees. Also, the trade union organization Dr. Simo Milošević Igalo is in charge of informing the Government about the payments made to the employees of the Igalo Institute," the announcement states.
