The president of the Civic Initiative, Vaselj Sinistaj, said that Forca squandered the chance to unify the Albanian parties in Montenegro and said that Nazif Cungu's party does not respect the agreements it has with the parties that make up the Albanian coalition.
"I will not meet with them. As far as I'm concerned, they gambled on unification. That's my position," Sinistaj told "Vijesti".
He repeated that on November 6, he was supposed to replace Genci Nimanbegu from Force as a member of parliament, but that the party does not respect the agreement.
"If we have an agreement in which it is finely written that he will resign on November 6 so that the next deputy can come, or that Nik Đeljošaj should step down so that Mehmet Bardi can come, that should be respected," Sinistaj said.
Sinistaj added that a joint statement of the two parties had been sent, stating that the rotation in the club of deputies was only a matter of days, but that it was not respected.
"The question of the day is not two months, we have to admit that," said the leader of the Civic Initiative.
Sinistaj also said that in the two years since the Albanian coalition has been in the parliament, the coalition has not been mentioned, but always spoken in the name of the Force.
"From the start, something was not right, but we were ready to push through all that for the sake of unity, but I will not create a single party to the detriment of the voters. We and Forca would not have won mandates on our own," concluded Sinistaj.
The GI leader previously called for unification, which would entail the adherence of all Albanian parties, NGOs, intellectuals and citizen groups.

Sinistaj said that he is not satisfied with the cooperation with the Democratic Party of Socialists, which he also said to Cung recently.
"I strongly doubt that he would have said that if I had not sent a letter to GO Force and pointed out some things. If we have a platform that prescribes priority tasks, and only Jaudet Sakuli is the president of the Management Board of the Maritime Dobr and nothing else, in addition to so many promised positions in the government, in this and that, someone should bear responsibility," Sinistaj said.
He added that Forca is now just buying time, hoping that someone will invite them to the government.
