The Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS) remembers Crmnica and Virpazar only when there are days of wine and wine, and Virpazar with its huge tourist potential can stand hand in hand with the most elite destinations, as far as nature and geographical location are concerned, said Nikola Dragišić, candidate of the coalition "Let's go, people! Democratic, European, united for Bar" in the elections in that municipality on October 23.
In the announcement of Democratic Montenegro, he emphasized that such an image is marred by numerous problems that plague the locals, demotivate tourists and tarnish the image of Vir, which should serve as a source of pride for our country.
"One of the biggest problems is that during the tourist season there is a huge lack of parking spaces, so tourists often bypass Virpazar or continue on," added Dragišić.
He adds that stands and old cars that serve as promotional places for talking with tourists and renting boats for cruising on Lake Skadar do not fit into the overall atmosphere of Virpazar.
"And entering Virpazar is very unsafe, so traffic accidents often happen, often with the worst outcome," emphasized Dragišić.
A wide range of problems that have not been solved for years, says Dragišić, could be found in the collected works, due to their volume.
"It is worth mentioning the absence of a pedestrian path near the railway station, the absence of a children's playground and sports fields, bad roads to Crmnica, poor water supply, charging for passing through the Sozina tunnel for the people of Crmnica, etc.," he said.
He pointed out that, as he says, the new government headed by the Democrats, the Europe Now Movement and United Montenegro will have their hands full, wherever they start.
"For each of these shortcomings, we have a valid solution ready, so we will provide a new parking space across from the Crmnica restaurant. We will find a solution for the stands where locals display their products. We will illuminate the entrance to Virpazar and thereby contribute to its safety as much as possible," says Dragišić. .
Each of the following problems, he points out, will be solved one by one according to priorities.
"And to show that everything is possible if there are quality people who will take care of every part of our municipality like a household," concluded Dragišić.
