The holder of the list "Together for the Future That Belongs to You" and acting member of the Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS) Danijel Živković assessed that Montenegro was stopped on its way to adopting the European system of values.

Candidates from that list yesterday, as announced, in Bijelo Polje presented the election program of the coalition, which consists of DPS, Social Democrats (SD), Liberal Party (LP) and Democratic Union of Albanians (DUA).

As one of the foundations of the election program, Živković cited the economy and the improvement of citizens' living standards, warning of investments that, in his opinion, have been stopped in the north and of the "devastation of valuable equipment" that, in his opinion, is collapsing due to the "negligence" of the previous two governments.

"We will launch the investment cycle that we need in order to finish the projects we started in Bjelasica, the projects in Đalovića Pečina, in Mojkovac, in Kolašin, Andrijevica, Rožaj, Berane, in order to finish everything we started. We have a concrete plan. Let's finish the negotiations with the European Union (EU), start the investment cycle and we know where that money is in European funds, let's finish these projects so that they don't borrow at high interest rates, that we earn it and that the economy is realistically sustainable. The focus of our program is on the person. Our intention in the first instance is to increase the minimum pension to 350 euros," announced Živković.

He added that the list he leads will fight for the citizen to have a higher salary, a higher pension and a higher personal income, but on, as he says, realistically sustainable foundations, based on the economy and sustainable economy.

"If these previous two governments had invested 20 percent of the effort in European integration compared to our cooperativeness as the opposition, Montenegro would certainly be 5 steps closer to the door of the EU today. That's why we call to speed up the process of European integration as soon as possible. That's why we very clearly announced in to our program - Montenegro must be the first next member of the EU by May 21, 2026. We know that in the next two years it is possible, and we have enough institutional knowledge to be able to complete all negotiations regarding the new methodology. If our coalition is part of the government, don't have any dilemma that we will go on the fast lane towards the EU. If that government is not European, be sure that we will not have a European quality of life in Montenegro," said Živković.

The people of Bielsko-Biała were also addressed by other candidates for deputies who, presenting the program, focused on the part related to the development of the north.

Professor Nikola Milović said that if Montenegro gets on the "wrong train, all the stations will be wrong".

"That wrong train is the one that is being marketed to Montenegro today, especially to the Montenegrin youth and the Montenegrin host. It means that you can not work and earn money, that you can work less and receive higher wages. This is pure populism and we are fighting against such populism. But in order to show the citizens how it should be created, we need to enable and create a stimulating environment that will first enable the hosts from this place, from this region and all other parts of Montenegro to be able to create, to have the conditions to create. I am primarily referring to the three key sectors we are talking about in our program - the tourism, agriculture and energy sectors," explained Milović.

The candidate from the list, Elvir Zvrko, addressed the audience and said that "someone who is sick can hardly treat the sick".

"Our health care system is extremely sick and the collapse of the entire health care system is practically something to be expected. What awaits us is to work on improving the health system. Unfortunately, doctors are the most inaccessible to patients today, waiting lists are never longer in Montenegro. Therefore, we must do everything to make healthcare available to every citizen," added Zvrko.

Zoja Bojanić Lalović said that the list of which she is a candidate wants to create a safe environment in which the teacher will have a good salary, in which he will receive a variable for national and international competitions, and in which, he adds, he will solve his housing status.

"In addition to talking about programs, plans and teaching staff, we will take special care of the infrastructure. Therefore, we will work on opening new kindergartens and schools, for which we will allocate 10 million euros per year. We will create a different atmosphere in all school institutions with a valid framework made up of laws ", pointed out Bojanić Lalović.

Candidate from the list Stefan Ćulafić pointed out the need to create an environment in which young people will be educated in Montenegro and stay to live and work in Montenegro.

"We want to direct young people from an early age to study in creative, innovative fields. These are fields that are foreseen by the strategy of smart specialization. We want to brand Montenegro in this way, so that it is recognizable in Europe. The key thing is that we want that young people stay in Montenegro, we want a digital, innovative Montenegro as a support for the future European quality of life of every Montenegrin citizen," Ćulafić concluded.
