Holder of the election list "Together! For the future that belongs to you", Acting President of the Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS), Danijel Živković, said that this coalition will provide political stability and a better standard of living, and that it will launch an investment cycle worth one billion euros.
"The program goal of our coalition is to launch an investment flywheel worth a billion euros. We need new value and economic progress. Without economic progress, there is no real economic sustainability, no new jobs and no better living standards for the citizens of Montenegro. In order to ensure economic progress we need, first of all, a politically stable, responsible and competent government," said Živković during his visit to St. Stefan.
He said, as reported, that "bad practices" must be stopped, which, according to him, happened after the change of government in 2020, when "investors were expelled from the state", and that it is necessary to start Montenegro.
"Today we are in one of those locations - Sveti Stefan, the pearl of Montenegro's tourist offer. It was from this place that investors were driven out by the bad, deliberate decisions of the previous two executive authorities and, of course, the local authorities who manipulated part of the citizens of Budva and Montenegro. in order to put them in the service of expelling and dispersing investors," said Živković and added.
"Instead of a constructive approach, we had the opportunity to see what damage was done to the economy of Montenegro, how jobs were closed and how the investor initiated an arbitration procedure worth tens of millions of euros".
Živković said that the coalition headed by him has a plan "how to start" Montenegro.
"We have a plan for this. The last work or PR of the Prime Minister in the technical mandate, Dritan Abazović, says that everything was done without any plan, completely spontaneous and that the investor here who invested serious funds in the valorization of this significant tourist potential.
"The coalition 'Together! For the future that belongs to you' has a clear plan on how to restore the confidence of investors, how to improve the living standards of citizens on a realistically sustainable basis. And of course, this coalition offers prosperity, offers political stability and most importantly - offers better life to all the citizens of Montenegro," said Živković.
He said that without the "Together" coalition, which consists of the Democratic Party of Socialists, the Social Democrats, the Democratic Union of Albanians and the Liberal Party, there is no stable or reformist government.
