The President of Montenegro, Jakov Milatović, spoke on the occasion of the anniversary of the death of the former President of the country, Momir Bulatović.
"On this day, four years ago, Momir Bulatović, the first president of Montenegro since the introduction of multi-party system, died. He will be remembered as a politician consistent with his views, who did not sell his love for Montenegro for personal and family benefits, but unobtrusively dedicated his life to Montenegro " Milatović wrote on Twitter.
Bulatović, former President of Montenegro (1990-1998) and President of the Federal Government of the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia (1998-2000), died on June 30, 2019 at the age of 63.
