The General Secretary of the Social Democratic Party (SDP) Ivan Vujović said that Cetinje showed that "free and aware citizens" live in the capital.
He thanked the citizens of Cetinje for their support, on the occasion of yesterday's re-voting at the polling station "Lovcen Partisan Detachment" II.
According to the results published by the Center for Democratic Transition, SDP was supported by 375 voters at that polling station, but still failed to get a seat in the state parliament, for which they needed more than 400 votes.
"Thank you to the citizens of Cetinje for the huge support of SDP of 83 percent. The capital has shown that free and aware citizens live in it, who, regardless of any affiliation, know how to evaluate in favor of the wider interest. It is less important that something was missing - we'll see what the coming days bring. I won't talk about some others who are publicly and badly slandering, lying and calling honorable people today.
