The Court of Appeal unanimously made a decision to suspend the proceedings following the appeals of the holder of the "Justice for All" list, Vladimir Leposavić, against the decision of the State Election Commission (SEC).
The announcement states that the decisions were made by the President of the Constitutional Court Budimir Šćepanović and judges - Snežana Armenko, Dragana Đuranović, Milorad Gogić, Desanka Lopičić and Momirka Tešić.
It is stated that four proceedings were suspended following Leposavic's appeals against the decisions of the SEC from June 18 and 21, in cases U-VII No. 26/23, U-VII No. 27/23, U-VII No. 28/23 and U -VII number 29/23.
