At today's session, the Constitutional Court rejected the objection of the Social Democratic Party (SDP) requesting a repeat vote at the polling station in Kolašin.
The appeal against the decision of the State Election Commission (SEC) of July 11 was rejected as unfounded, it was announced on the court's website.
On Tuesday, the SEC rejected as untimely the SDP's objection regarding the repetition of the election at the polling station at the "Braća Selić" High School in Kolašin, for which the holder of the "Justice for All" list, Vladimir Leposavić, withdrew a constitutional appeal.
The SDP points out that the "never challenged" decision of the Municipal Election Commission on annulment of the election at that polling station is in force. The general secretary of that party, Ivan Vujović, said that there is no "theoretical chance" to determine the final results of the election until the voting is repeated.
SDP, after re-voting at a polling station in Cetinje last Saturday, lacks about fifty votes to pass the census and obtain two parliamentary seats.
