He assessed that the law does not apply to the Constitutional Court, which rejected the party's objection yesterday, as well as the State Election Commission, which then announced the final results of the extraordinary elections.

The SDP demanded a repeat of the voting at the polling station at the "Braća Selić" High School in Kolašin, for which the holder of the "Justice for All" list, Vladimir Leposavić, withdrew a constitutional appeal.
Yesterday, before the court's decision and the announcement of the results, Vujović pointed out that the "never contested" decision of the Municipal Election Commission on the annulment of the election at that polling station is in force, saying that there is no "theoretical chance" to find out the final results of the election until the voting is repeated .
After re-voting at a polling station in Cetinje last Saturday, the SDP was about fifty votes short of passing the census and gaining two parliamentary seats.
