Chairman Milan Lekić said that the proposal for the election of the head of the parliament was not submitted to the Assembly.
"Since there are no proposals, I am taking a break, and you will be informed in due time about the further continuation of the work of the Assembly", he announced.

The head of the State Election Commission (SEC) Nikola Mugoša read the names of the new deputies.
Chairman Lekić announced that by submitting the report of the SEC on the results of the parliamentary elections, the mandate of the deputies of the 28th convocation of the Parliament of Montenegro began.
"I congratulate you on your election," said Lekić, which was followed by applause from the deputies.
The head of the SEC, Mugoša, presented to the Assembly a report on the results of the parliamentary elections held on June 11.
According to the final results, the Europe Now Movement (PES) won 77.203 votes (25,53 percent) and 24 mandates.
The coalition "Together", led by the Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS), received 70.228 votes (23,22 percent) and 21 mandates, while the coalition "For the Future" of Montenegro (ZBCG) received 44.565 votes (14,74 percent) and 13 mandates. .
The coalition of Democratic Montenegro and the Civic Movement (GP) URA "Hrabro se Broji" won 37.730 votes (12,48 percent) and 11 mandates, the Bosniak Party (BS) 21.423 votes (7,08 percent) and six mandates, while the coalition The Socialist People's Party (SNP) and Demos received 9.472 votes (3,13 percent) and two parliamentary seats.
The Albanian Forum also won two mandates with 5.767 votes (1,91 percent), and one each for the Albanian Alliance with 4.512 votes (1,49 percent) and the Croatian Civic Initiative (HGI) with 2.226 votes (0,74 percent).
The Social Democratic Party (SDP), voted by 9.010 voters (2,98 percent), remained without parliamentary status.
Also below the census are the People's Movement "Private for All" with 8.380 votes (2,77 percent), Uopret with 4.833 votes (1,60 percent), the People's Coalition with 3.630 votes (1,20 percent), and the Movement for Changes (PzP). with 1.993 votes (0,66 percent) and the "Mi momoje" list with 1.464 votes (0,48 percent).
